Someone who can spot a viral moment in a 45-minute podcast and can create a clip that goes viral. Someone who can make a funny business/VC meme that gets people talking.
If you’ve ever run a meme page, made a Reel that unexpectedly blew up, or stayed up late testing AI tools just for fun — you’re probably the kind of creative we want.
You don’t need a degree or formal training; we care more about your taste, curiosity, and ability to learn fast.
What You’ll Be Doing- Edit full-length podcast episodes (audio + video) for flow, pacing, and clarity
- Cut and package clips for all socials — with hooks that grab attention instantly.
- Add captions, transitions, and sound design that feel native to social
- Identify the most engaging moments from each conversation and bring them to life
- Experiment with AI tools to streamline editing or spark new ideas
- Collaborate with hosts and marketing to evolve the show’s creative direction
- Have killer instincts for attention, pacing, and storytelling
- Pay close attention to detail and care about quality
- Love learning new tools and figuring things out fast
- Are creative, curious, and obsessed with how content spreads
- Know how to make something feel viral even on a small budget
- Use any editing tool (Premier Pro- Good to have)
- Experience editing podcasts or content for creators
- Familiar with AI editing tools (like Adobe Podcast, Premiere, or iMovie)
- Background (formal or self-taught) in marketing, storytelling, or creative production
- Passion for digital culture, memes, and social media trends
