- Traducir necesidades del negocio (trading, contratos, posiciones, logistica de cafe verde) en historias de usuario y requerimientos claros para el equipo de desarrollo.
- Mantener y priorizar el backlog junto con el PO; dar seguimiento al avance de sprints y entregables.
- Documentar procesos, flujos y reglas de negocio del CTRM.
- Coordinar con usuarios clave en paises de origen para levantar requerimientos y validar funcionalidades.
- Apoyar en pruebas funcionales (UAT), validaci6n de datos y detecci6n de errores antes de liberar.
- Facilitar la comunicaci6n entre areas de negocio, Tl y proveedores.
- Suplir al PO en reuniones o decisiones operativas cuando sea necesario.
- Experiencia previa con sistemas CTRM (p. ej. sistemas de trading de cafe/commodities).
- Conocimiento de gesti6n de riesgo de commodities.
