Job summary: As a Business and Financial Management (BFM) Analyst, the position will require: tracking commitments, obligations, and expenditures;
generating Purchase Requests (PRs); developing spend plans; and preparing financial briefing material for a NAVSEA PEO USC PMS 525 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Ship Building program.
Description:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-10 years of experience in DoD/USN financial management
- Experience using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- US Citizenship is required with Secret Clearance or the ability
to obtain/maintain such clearance
- Experience with NAVSEA Program Office.
- Experience with NAVSEA Ship Construction.
- Experience with NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) and Task Planning Sheets (TPSs)
- Experience with Government Furnished
- Experience using Defense Security Assistance
System (DSAMS)
- Experience using Security Cooperation
- Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS)
- Experience using Management Information System

Position classification: Full Time
Salary Range: $90,000- $100,000
Travel: <10%
