Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PMO Reporting Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead and manage project controls reporting for the PMO, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely information on schedule, cost, risk, and performance across all projects to support informed decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop, maintain, and standardize PMO reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Consolidate project data into clear portfolio-level reports and executive summaries.
- Prepare regular (e.g., weekly, monthly/quarterly) performance and status reports, plus ad‑hoc analyses.
- Ensure alignment of reporting with project controls processes (schedule, cost, risk, change).
- Coordinate with project controls team to ensure integrated, consistent data.
- Manage and enhance reporting tools and systems.
- Develop and improve automated data models and dashboards to reduce manual effort.
- Define and enforce data quality standards, including validation, completeness, and timeliness.
- Act as the focal point for PMO reporting, communicating key trends, risks, and issues to leadership.
- Train and support project teams on reporting standards, tools, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, cycle time, and insight quality
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 15 years of experience in project controls, PMO, or project reporting on major projects/programs.
