We are seeking a R&D PMO Lead to join our teamHow you'll make an impact
Oversee the innovation pipeline and drive R&D project portfolio alignment and prioritization, ensuring dependencies are captured and synergies exploited.
Enabling and supporting Project Managers and Project Teams by facilitating, leading, and coaching efficient and effective project execution, optimizing on time to market
Set up the PMO, including governance frameworks, tools, and governance structures to build organizational project excellence.
Communicate with stakeholders on all levels, managing the performance across projects, support in resource and capability planning and drive continuous improvement.
Perform proactive risk management by providing in a project risk matrix, balancing scope, timelines, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Lead and support complex projects end-to-end, across the full device development lifecycle from concept to launch.
Coach and train Project Teams on project management skills and methodologies and cross-functional collaboration throughout the project life cycle.
Location
This is a Baar-based hybrid role, with three in-office days each week to enable rapid collaboration.
What we're looking for
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or IT) or Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Biology).
Minimum of 8 years in device development is compulsory and a minimum of 3 years in a program or project manager role.
Deep knowledge of the cross-functional disciplinary landscape for the medical device industry and regulated environments.
Ability to create a trust-based environment with different roles contributing to value creation.
Responsibly, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Fluent in English, German is a plus.
