Position Overview:

We are hiring for a PMO Lead to establish and oversee project management practices across Passes. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives, optimizing processes, and driving organizational alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a skilled project manager, strategic thinker, and an effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a company-wide project management framework to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of key strategic questions and use data-driven approaches to support decision-making across a range of topics, including product analysis, financial planning, and market research.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate frequently with stakeholders across functions (engineering, product, partnerships, finance) to prioritize and align initiatives with company goals.
  • Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and organizational performance.
  • Conduct regular project status updates and facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks that could impact project outcomes.
  • Conduct extensive market research to identify trends, business opportunities, and competitive strategies.
  • Lead post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and continuously improve processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to optimize operations and achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, strategy, consulting, or a related field, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
  • Strong data analytics and business analysis skills; ability to interpret complex data and create actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in creating dashboards, reports, and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
  • Strong strategic thinking mindset and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion and experience in the tech and media industries are a plus.
