Job description: The Global Markets CTO Office is a global entity responsible for supporting the Chief Technology Officer of Global Markets in his daily mandate by handling transversal topics, such as Security Operations, Infrastructure and other transversal projects, as well as ensuring Production stability, data quality and managing GM APS organisation and finance. 

Missions:

Headcounts budget supervision on CIB ITO GM APS perimeter at worldwide level

Hardwares and softwares budget monitoring, sign-off preparation, and monthly reports

Close collaboration with cluster managers 

Financial analysis and budget trajectory management

Monthly closing for BNP CIB entities (accruals /pre-payment, actuals costs control, KPIs analysis ...)

Dashboards and trend indicators monitoring

External supplier contact 

Processes set up on multiple subjects  

Main Tasks:

  •  Headcounts budget supervision on CIB ITO GM APS perimeter at worldwide level
  • Hardwares and softwares budget monitoring, sign-off preparation, and monthly reports
  • "Financial analysis and budget trajectory management
