Job Description:
Velonetic represents the joint ventures between DXC Technology, the International Underwriting Association (IUA), and Lloyd’s of London. Previously referred to as the London Market Joint Ventures, we have been operating for over 20 years in the London market (Lloyd's and Company), in both insurance and reinsurance business. Processing over £101 billion worth of premium and claims transactions today, we are building a new digital platform and services that will enable our customers to move transactions and money through the processing lifecycle with greater efficiency and speed, releasing time to drive innovation and focus on higher value activities. Our core business services involve performing checks on insurance documents, processing premium transactions and processing claims transactions.
Individual will reside in the UK and have Right to Work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate PMO meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Data Management and Reporting
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data to track performance metrics.
- Use project management software to monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and leadership.
Process and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to project management frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of PMO processes and templates.
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Technical Support
- Provide technical support for project management tools and systems.
- Help troubleshoot issues related to project management software.
- Train staff on the use of PMO tools and templates.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a liaison between project teams and the PMO.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
- Support project managers with resource planning and scheduling.
Risk and Issue Tracking
- Monitor and track project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Assist in developing mitigation strategies and maintaining risk registers.
