Data Solution – Project Management Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PM Team Lead – Multilingual Data Solutions to lead the successful delivery of multilingual data projects across a variety of domains, including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML). These projects involve services such as data annotation, sentiment analysis, data categorization, data cleaning, and data collection, with a focus on accuracy, cultural relevance, and scalability.

As the Team Lead, you will manage cross-functional, multilingual teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients to ensure timely, high-quality project execution. You will be responsible for overseeing project planning, workflow design, resource allocation, training, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Familiarity with annotation tools, data platforms, and NLP technologies will be essential to this role.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical understanding, project management expertise, and intercultural communication skills. You should be highly organized, solutions-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multilingual data projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, timeline, and budget.
  
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, linguists, and localization experts to design workflows tailored to project requirements.
  
• Oversee task allocation, progress tracking, and risk mitigation across distributed teams.
  
• Ensure data quality through process checks, feedback loops, and validation procedures.
  
• Utilize internal and external tools to manage and monitor data workflows.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations.
  
• Foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in data project management, or related field.
• Proven experience managing multilingual teams and working with cross-cultural stakeholders.
  
• Familiarity with data annotation tools and NLP/AI platforms.
  
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalents.
  
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices is a plus.
