PM Solutions Architect

Experienced PM/Solution Architect with multiple prior ERP implementations, with a strong preference for someone that has a robust working knowledge of Infor M3 and the ability to successfully join a project with tight deadlines midstream.

Key skillsets include:

• Strong understanding of solution architecture and PLM configuration, customization and workflows
• Support migration of legacy data to PLM Platforms including mapping source systems, data types to be migrated and data validation processes
• Design and oversee integrations with Infor M3 and ensure data consistency across platforms
• Define technical standards and best practices for PLM implementation and customization
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on PLM best practices and system usage

Project requirements/responsibilities include:

• Partner with the client's ERP PM to lead PMO activities and provide direction to the client project coordinators and system integrator PM
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies; monitor and address issues or obstacles as they arise during the project
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that open defect logs and change requests are completed on time and according to requirements
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback loops to identify and resolve issues
• Facilitate the development and execution of cut-over plans
• Coordinate post-go-live support to address any immediate issues and ensure long-term system stability
