About the Job:

Department: WMIS About Business line/Function: IT WM Position Purpose: As part of the WITT Transformation Program, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the Job Title: Project Manager Department: WMIS – Credit About Business line/Function: Credit & Risk Position Purpose: The Project Manager needs to have strong management, presentation and communication skills with a minimum of 5 years experience as Project Manager on Finance and banking related applications. They will work closely with the business users to understand project, estimate, plan ,execute ,monitor and control the project. Manage the user and team relationship throughout the projects. They should be very good in stakeholder management. Good to have knowledge of banking domains and activities (Front Office, back Office, Trading, …) especially in Wealth Management area. Knowledge and experience in the Wealth Management (Private Banking) domain is a good to have. (Credit and Risk functions).

Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities o Define the project scope, objectives, and goals o Estimation and budget follow-up o Preparing task list with schedule and identify the risks o Assigning tasks to team members, overseeing the work, and managing the issues. o Understand the release process and tools and follow the bank standards and policies o Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts. o Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams o Follow-up on delivery from contributor as well as own development team. o Make sure methodology and processes are respected o Produce clear and comprehensive status reports o Produce Steering Committee documents and present to Sponsors o Understand user’s requirements/concerns o Ensure good quality of the documentation o Coordinate with multiple Technical teams, Infrastructure and testing teams to deliver the projects

Contributing Responsibilities o Perform quality reporting and controls in line with BNP PARIBAS standards & security o Provide guidance to team members and work Technical & Behavioral Competencies • Collaboration • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good Presentation skills • Ability to manage relationship with other IT teams (users, development, architecture, integration…) • Implication and availability • Familiarity with PM software tools • Motivating and influencing the team Specific Qualifications: Good to have • Knowledge on Credit Risk o Financial Instruments o Rating for Financial Instruments and Rating Agencies o Derivative products: FX Forwards, FX Options, Equity Options o WM products like Credit Lines, Loans etc., o Regulatory

• Knowledge on Financial Instruments : o Different types of instruments o Referential data o Prices, Ratings, Exchange rates, Money Market rates o Underlying assets, Indices

• Knowledge on Agile/Scrum Practices Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities) Technical Skills: • Collaboration • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good Presentation skills • Ability to manage relationship with other IT teams (users, development, architecture, integration…) • Implication and availability • Familiarity with PM software tools • Motivating and influencing the team Behavioral Skills: • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Responsible, autonomous and provide regular updates to the domain head • Strong quality mindset • Analytical and precise: Capacity to challenge the team and convince based on facts. Education Level: Engineering/Management Graduate Location: Bangalore, India
