What We're Looking For:

- Strong academic background, preferably from a QS Top 100 university. For Hong Kong, graduates from CUHK, HKU, HKUST, PolyU, or CityU are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate empathically and effectively.
- Candidates with non-traditional backgrounds, such as international relocation, working holiday experience, or multicultural family backgrounds, are encouraged to apply.
- International exchange experience in Europe or the Americas is an advantage.
- Strong extracurricular involvement, particularly experience as an event/activity organizer, is a plus.
- Experience participating in hackathons, technical competitions, or other competitive activities is advantageous.
- Native Cantonese is preferred.
