- Extensive Windchill Expertise: Proven experience with Windchill PLM systems, including implementation and configuration with a deep understanding of its modules and capabilities to drive system efficiency and effectiveness
- Advanced Business Process Knowledge: Strong background in analyzing and optimizing product lifecycle management processes, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable PLM solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including engineering, IT, and business units, to identify needs, resolve issues, and ensure successful integration and utilization of the Windchill PLM system across the organization
- Training and Change Management Skills: Experience in developing and delivering training programs for end-users, coupled with effective change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and high adoption rates for new PLM processes and technologies
