ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Business Systems team designs, builds, and maintains internal systems, applications, and infrastructure across the enterprise. We are looking for a PLM Engineering Manager to lead our team developing Teamcenter customizations and integrations.

WHAT YOU"LL DO:

  • Manage a department of developers, solution engineers, and technical leads - Build and scale high-performing teams. Develop managers and technical leads who can own their domains. Oversee workforce planning and budget allocation across multiple programs. Create career frameworks, technical standards, and engineering practices.
  • Drive architectural decisions that impact PLM infrastructure, integrations, and scalability for the entire organization. Navigate complex, undefined challenges that require conceptual thinking. Lead enterprise-wide initiatives that transform how Engineering teams collaborate and manage product data.
  • Partner with senior leadership across Engineering, Operations, IT, and Product to align PLM strategy with company priorities. Communicate technical strategies to C-suite audiences. Navigate complex conversations with focus on influencing outcomes across departments.
  • Oversee multi-million dollar budgets for PLM licensing, infrastructure, and team operations. Make investment decisions that significantly influence business outcomes. Negotiate contracts and shape vendor roadmaps based on Anduril's needs.
  • Ensure business continuity and operational excellence - Your decisions directly impact critical engineering workflows. Prevent disruptions that could put key business activities at risk. Balance operational support, technical debt, innovation projects, and strategic initiatives.

What Success Looks Like

    • You've implemented organizational changes (processes, standards, team structures) that measurably improved how engineering works at Anduril

    • Teamcenter infrastructure scales with company growth without major disruptions
