Plan and support monthly Windchill maintenance/upgrades, resolve technical/functional and workflow issues, customize Windchill and automate CAD tools, maintain documentation, and mentor the support team across Japan, China, and India.

- Resolve technical and functional issues on Windchill PLM and CAD (SolidWorks & AutoCAD)
- Mentor the support team to resolve complex CAD issues
- Resolving Windchill workflow issues
