二、任职资格
教育程度:本科及以上学历，自动化、电气工程、机电一体化等相关专业。
专业技能要求:5-8年及以上自动化项目PLC编程和现场调试经验。
能力要求:具备良好的沟通能力，团队协作精神、抗压能力和项目管理意识。熟练应用OFFICE。
其他特殊要求:精通西门子、三菱、欧姆龙等主流品牌的中高端PLC系统。
*如有相关工作经验或者表现优异，或应届毕业生表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽
四、主要岗位职责
．负责按照MPT PLC数据最低标准，采集PLC&NC数据。 ．负责PLC与机器人、视觉系统、伺服驱动器、变频器、HMI/SCADA、上位机（MES/WMS）等复杂设备的通信集成（Profinet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP/IP等）。
3．负责自动化项目的PLC软件架构设计、程序编写（梯形图、结构化文本、功能块图等）。
4．确保数据交换的稳定性和实时性。
5．参与项目前期的技术评审，负责软件部分的技术可行性分析及方案设计。
6．协助调试设备，设备维修、系统联调、故障排除和性能优化。
7．遵守与执行体系要求
1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、人事、教育培训、档案、企业标准、公司法、民事诉讼、交通、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求
2）负责本业务范围的环境、职业健康安全管理工作
8．领导交办的其他业务
