現在、従来の「輸送区間軸」での組織から、「管理・企画・戦略」といった時間軸での役割分担へと組織改革を進めており、日常の安定運用と中長期の物流戦略を両立する体制への移行を行っています。
本ポジションは、まずは量産出荷管理領域における安定運用を担い、将来的には工場物流との連携や改善領域へと役割を広げていくことを期待しています。
属人化リスクを解消し、将来的なリーダー候補として組織強化に貢献いただくことを期待しています。将来的には担当領域のリードや、後輩育成、業務改善プロジェクトの推進を担うことを期待します。

■職務内容
当社のハードウェア（Playstation®関連製品：コンソールや周辺機器）に関連する量産出荷管理領域におけるオペレーションの安定運用を担いながら、改善活動にも段階的に関与いただきます。
■具体的な職務内容
① 量産出荷管理
・工場から港までの出荷進捗管理、船積み手配、モニタリング
・出荷スケジュール調整および関係部門（生産管理・需給）との連携
・物流パートナーとの実務調整、パートナーマネジメント
・貿易書類と出荷関連データの正確性担保、出荷品質管理
・輸送トラブル対応
・輸送コスト予算管理
② 改善・効率化
・出荷プロセスの標準化・業務改善
・リードタイム短縮や品質向上に向けた施策推進
・データ活用による可視化・効率化
③ 将来的な役割
・工場物流技術領域との横断的な業務対応
・輸送モード・ルート最適化への関与
・コスト改善・KPI管理への拡張
※将来的には、戦略領域（E2E全体設計、BCP視点の物流構築、輸送サービス調達等）への関与も期待しています。
■求められる実務経験・スキル
【必須要件（MUST）】
・製造業またはサプライチェーン領域における国際物流の実務経験（3年以上（5年程度が望ましい））
・物流パートナーとの調整経験
・データ分析スキル（データ加工・集計・可視化の実務経験）※業務データを用いた分析経験
・日本語：ネイティブレベル（商談・交渉・資料作成が可能なレベル）
・英語：日常会話レベル以上（Writing・Speakingともに業務使用可能）

Skills Required
- At least 3 years of practical international logistics experience in manufacturing or supply chain; approximately 5 years preferred
- Experience coordinating with logistics partners
- Practical experience processing, aggregating, and visualizing business data
