Experience and skills we are looking for:
- You have preferably 10+ years of experience in Player Experience, Community Management, Customer Experience, or LiveOps within the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
- You've shown success in leading large-scale, multi-game PX strategies.
- You have a strong track record of influencing executive decisions by sharing compelling player insights.
- You're experienced in scaling PX operations globally, including tools, workflows, and vendor partnerships.
- You have a deep understanding of community ecosystems, support operations, CRM, and VIP management at scale.
- You’re familiar with emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics platforms) for PX.
It would be nice if you also have the following skills:
- Experience in mobile F2P gaming and live-service models.
- Experience working across multiple regions and cultural contexts.
