About this PositionThe Platinum Specialist is responsible for partnering with assigned Top Producers from our Sales Force to assist them in growing their business from the perspective of Home Office processing and knowledge transfer. Their primary role will be to act as the primary liaison between the individual and the Home Office to resolve issues, expedite processing, minimize and/or avoid processing delays and answer all Insurance-related questions. Must also be proactive in reviewing their statistics and helping them stay focused on company targets. They must be strong in managing relationships, take ownership of issues and be results-oriented. They will also work closely with management to make recommendations to improve the Field’s experience overall with the Home Office.This is a Hybrid Position : 3 days in office
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: $52k English only

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Hybrid Position: 3 days in Office (Hours 10am - 7pm)
- Life License required or obtained within 90 days of hire
- Knowledge of Insurance Operations
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving/analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize appropriately
- Ability to quickly and efficiently adapt to changes in procedures or policies
- Able to perform assigned tasks within the specified time frames and meet quality expectations
- Able to work with various key personnel and management in order to better serve the Top Producers
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain relationships with Top Producer Members
- Consistently excel in service expectations
- Provide support to the members in all aspects of Life Operations, including Compensation and Licensing
- Act as an advocate for the members’ cause
- Work independently with little direction
- Acts as an Subject Matter Expert in all areas of Life Insurance Operations
- Answers telephone and email inquiries
- Research and problem-solve issues
- Represent unit in staff meetings for improvement opportunities and processing gaps
