Parsons is looking for a sharp Platform Integration Solutions Architect to join our Defense & Space Engineering Solutions (DSES) Technology Office!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather goals and objectives, identify gaps, and develop differentiated solutions that solve mission needs.
- Support enterprise-wide growth strategies and initiatives aimed at differentiation of services and delivery, increased competitiveness, and industry thought leadership.
- Research and understand technology trends in the areas of ground, maritime, and airborne platform system architectures along with EO/IR Systems Integration and Directed Energy weapon integration, systems engineering, digital engineering, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and other specialized engineering domains to design, develop, and support integrated solutions for DoD clients.
- Work with SMEs and Architects in these areas to determine the optimum approach, methodology, tools, and architectures to develop an innovative, integrated, and comprehensive technical and non-technical solution.
- Develop technical content for proposals, white papers, and related materials in support of government solicitations and conferences.
- Perform product and capability demonstrations for customers and industry partners as needed.
- Provide technical inputs and mission perspective to inform sector and corporate strategy and investments.
- Conceptualize, develop, communicate, and propose solutions that will drive our growth and lead directly to top and bottom-line results.
- In partnership with other SMEs and architects, you will define total systems design and technology maturity constraints in accordance with mission requirements, develop system element architecture and design and interface definitions, define system implementation approaches and operational concepts
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Active Secret Security clearance, with the ability and willingness to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant technical experience;
- Proven experience developing system architectures and designs for integration of advanced technologies into ground, maritime, and/or airborne platforms
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate system performance and capabilities within integrated platforms in technical proposals
- Understanding of military vehicle open systems architectures (e.g. MOSA / SOSA, VICORY, etc.) and ability to develop system architectures in compliance with open systems architectures
- Proven experience in System-Level Requirements analysis, derivation, flowdown and traceability along with system design and development to meet requirements
- Experience conducting trade studies to optimize solutions for performance within platform constraints (SWAP-C, RAM-C, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience developing and solutioning for winning proposals for new and re-compete pursuits, capture activities, and proposal efforts with a minimum of 5-years of experience.
- Must have participated in and authored as a Solution Architect, portions of the technical and/or Management Volumes of large proposals for the Federal Government
- Demonstrated experience solutioning end-to-end acquisition lifecycle for different acquisition types to include (but not limited to) FSA FEDSIM, IAC-MAC, GSA OASIS, and other DoD acquisition vehicles
- Must have experience working front-end solutioning with clients to include assessing needs from requirements (SOW, SOO, PWS, and other material), exceptional communication and relationship skills, determining hot buttons and key client needs, etc.
- Ability to grasp the technical details from a SME and integrate the relevant aspects into a comprehensive solution. Ability to identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps when the technical solutions are discussed/presented by different SMEs/vendors.
- Awareness, some knowledge, or expertise in any or some of the technologies and frameworks to include (but not limited to) systems engineering & integration, agile development, DevSecOps, software architecture, cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, and cybersecurity
- Leadership skills to operate, manage, guide, and influence cross-functional teams and P&L teams on proposing and implementing innovative solutions
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including excellent presentation skills with experience interacting/presenting to executive and senior management

Salary Range:
$165,000.00 - $310,000.00
