What will you do?

As a DevOps/Platform Engineer at Bizzdesign, you will work with our globally AWS-hosted SaaS platform, used by some of the largest companies in the world.

Within that environment, you will work with a wide range of technologies; your role will include both strengthening and building the next iteration of the platform as well as the tooling to support that.

You will be working with Development, Operations and Security teams to solve the challenges that come with a highly available and 24/7 platform that is in a constant state of change. Many of these changes will be initiated by you through trunk-based development, supported by GitOps.

What are we looking for?

• You are based in the Netherlands
• You are eager to learn, grow, ask questions, and step outside your comfort zone
• You are a critical thinker with strong attention to detail and time management
• You are skilled in Terraform, JQ, AWS, Python, Git, and Bash
• You are experienced in working with remote teams and overlapping 4 hours with US time zones
• You are familiar with maintaining high-availability or 24/7 systems
• You are willing to join the on-call rotation one week every 6 weeks
• You are experienced, with 2+ years as a DevOps or Platform Engineer
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
• You are aligned with principles like DRY, Clean Code, and functional programming
• You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments with constant code changes

Recruitment process

In this role, you can expect the following interviewing process:

• 1st Interview with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)
• 2nd Interview with our Platform Lead and Tech Lead (up to 1 hour)
• Take a home technical assessment
• 3rd Interview with our Platform Lead, to discuss your technical assessment (30 minutes)
• 4th Interview with our Head of Product Operations (up to 1 hour)
