Role & Missions—What you will do 🚀

Join our team as a SRE / Devops and help Homa grow into one of the best game studio / publishers out there.

As a SRE / Devops, you will:

• Ensure the availability of our core services (Redis, Kafka, Postgresql, etc.),
• Improve the daily life of our developers by providing a dev portal (Backstage) and more,
• Improve our monitoring stack and detect potential optimisations (Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Loki, Tempo, etc.),
• Contribute to the infra roadmap,
• Handle the support for our Tech team,
• Set and manage SLO/SLI within our team,
• Improve our CICD Pipeline (ArgoCD, CircleCI, Github Action)

About you – Who you are 🦄

• Manage production workloads on at least one of the major Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP),
• Manage production workloads on Kubernetes (Cilium, Karpenter, PostgreSQL Operator, etc.),
• Have a "user first" mindset. You want to improve the day-to-day of our Tech and Data team.
• Embrase Cloud Native ecosystem (Kyverno, Falco, Helm, Argo, Devspace)

Good to have 💪

• Experience managing services like Redis, Kafka, Redpanda, PostgreSQL, MySQL (We can run stateful workloads on Kubernetes!)
• Already work with a Data team and you are familiar with the concept of MLOps (Airflow, Databricks, Redshift, SageMaker),
• Infrastructure as Code experience like Terraform or Pulumi.
