The Role
Own the architecture and implementation of reusable AI and insights platforms on Azure. Design microservices, APIs, event schemas, integration patterns, and shared platform capabilities. Build production-ready event-driven services using Azure Functions, Container Apps, and AKS, while addressing reliability, observability, and scalability. Lead technical validation, support rollouts, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor engineers, and promote strong engineering practices. Experience with AI, Kubernetes, GitOps, infrastructure as code, and ERP integrations is advantageous.

AI & Insights Platforms
At Itineris, we're building the next generation of AI and Insights capabilities that power our products and customers.
From AI-powered agents that assist business users, to predictive and analytical services that generate actionable insights, we are investing in platforms that can be reused across products, customers, and use cases.
What you will work on …
We are looking for a Principal Platform Engineer who will take technical ownership of these platforms and help shape their future. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both designing systems and building them.
You will work on strategic initiatives, helping define architecture, implement foundational capabilities, validate technical approaches, and support delivery teams as these platforms grow and mature. The underlying platforms emphasize reusable architectures, shared capabilities, standardized models, governance, and extensibility.
