Mission of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Platform Engineer to own the CI/CD pipelines, build systems, cloud infrastructure, and software delivery processes for our Autonomous Through Infrastructure (ATI) solution. This role is responsible for building and operating the internal platform that raises productivity across the entire engineering team, reliably supporting a C++/Go/Python autonomous driving stack across multi-architecture environments (x86_64 + ARM64/NVIDIA Jetson). You will work hands-on across a broad range of infrastructure domains — from developer toolchain and access management to AWS operations, release engineering, high-availability (HA) architecture, and developer experience (DevEx) improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Automate development workflows and operate static analysis pipelines
  • Design and optimize build systems for multi-language, multi-architecture (x86, ARM) projects including C++-based codebases
  • Software packaging (Linux packages, Docker images), release strategy, and deployment automation
  • Design and implement HA architecture for failover and service continuity
  • Operate AWS cloud resources, manage IaC, and maintain self-hosted runners
  • Network access control and developer account/permission management
  • Standardize development environments and improve developer experience (DevEx)
  • Monitor platform stability and manage operational metrics

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines
  • Hands-on scripting and automation experience in Linux environments (Python, Go, Bash, etc.)
  • Experience designing build systems and configuring multi-architecture (x86, ARM) build environments for C++-based projects
  • Experience with software packaging and Docker-based deployment pipelines
  • Experience operating AWS cloud resources and using IaC tools such as Terraform
  • Experience monitoring system stability and managing operational metrics using observability tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and containerizing for edge devices such as NVIDIA Jetson
  • Experience building and operating C++ static analysis pipelines
  • Experience designing or operating high-availability (HA) infrastructure
  • Background in autonomous driving or robotics domains
  • Familiarity with embedded middleware or ROS2
  • Hands-on experience with functional safety standards (ISO 26262, SOTIF)
