Purpose and Scope:
As an Adobe Experience Cloud Platform Engineer in Adobe Platforms chapter, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our digital initiatives within our agile organization by designing and delivering innovative, enterprise-grade digital marketing solutions based on Adobe and other Digital Experience platforms. This role exists to identify and Orchestrate customer journey to personalize and deliver omnichannel experiences for HCPs, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders both internal and external driving business value through technical expertise and stakeholder engagement aligned to enterprise capabilities. Our agile operating model—comprising Digital Capability for skill growth and Digital Execution for mission-aligned collaboration—uniquely positions you to balance cutting-edge digital marketing solution delivery with the development of specialized expertise.
In this role, you will design, develop, deploy web solutions, customer journeys, derive insights from data, deliver Nex best experiences to HCPs to offer personalized Omnichannel experience using Adobe suite of Products and other digital experience platforms in the industry to elevate customer experience. You will work directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable digital marketing solutions, multitask across projects and stay ahead of technological advancements, making this position critical for transformative digital impact for the enterprise. You will be at the forefront of implementing innovative solutions and will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in your field.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop and Lead digital marketing capabilities leveraging Adobe Experience cloud products
- Translate business needs into technical solutions /designs which includes enterprise-level architecture and implementing strategies.
- Experience in software design, development, and implementation using Digital experience platforms in an enterprise
- Act as the single point of contact to business, platform engineers to develop and deliver digital solutions
- Accountable for one or more platforms as the system owner to deliver and mature platform capabilities
- Collaborate with Business Analyst, Platform Engineers, Scrum lead, Value Team captain to execute implementations and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and usability.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor performance of the digital solutions for optimal performance and effective delivery.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions are secure and compliant with enterprise standards, including governance and necessary documentation.
- Data Reporting: Use data to derive meaningful insights to action and activate through right channels.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise.
- Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities.
- Reporting: Regularly report on system use to your Chapter Lead, VT captain, and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Employ analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges and deliver effective solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work delivered.
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues across Adobe and other platforms.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security, scalability, and reliability
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration.
- Overall 10+ Years of experience in Information Technology
- Strong knowledge and at least 6+years of hands on experience with one or more of the platforms– Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft Dot.Net, Adobe Real Time CDP, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer and other Marketing related technology platforms such as Consent and Preference Management( CPM), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM),Next Best Actions, Decision Support Engine etc..
- Experience delivery External facing web sites
- Experience defining Customer Journeys and developing data flows to orchestrate customer journey
- In-depth knowledge and experience in development/ configuration/ business operations delivering solutions on one or more of the above Marketing technology products.
- Strong knowledge of Sales & Marketing technologies and operations
- Should also have hands on exposure to integration technologies that integrates to CRM, MDM, Datawarehouse and other third-party systems.
- Extensive knowledge working with creative agencies and collaborating with brand teams to deliver digital capabilities.
- Experience delivering omnichannel capabilities for HCPs, Patients and Payors required.
- Relevant experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related area, demonstrating a track record of bridging business needs with technical solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business issues and develop appropriate technical solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of information technology, software development life cycles, and architectural frameworks. Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and software development tools is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders, including business users, Digital professionals, and management.
- Project Management: Good knowledge of Agile methodology, DevOps, CI/CD principles, and practices.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in documenting requirements, specifications, and project details to ensure clarity and alignment with objectives.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, technologies, and project priorities.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control in Adobe platform deployments.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, technologies, and project priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certification in one or more of Adobe Experience Cloud products is a plus
- Life Sciences / Pharma industry experience
