We are looking for an innovative and mission-driven Platform Architect to play a crucial role in designing, building and maintaining the technology infrastructure (AWS) for Acqueon’s Data Platform and suite of integrated products. The ideal candidate in this role is someone with a deep understanding of designing, implementing, and continuously improving SaaS platforms (AWS) and has experience working cross-departmentally with product, engineering, and operations across the US and overseas. 

  • Design the overall architecture of Acqueon's SaaS platforms, considering scalability, performance, security, and availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and platform services consumed by applications.
  • Operate with scale and speed, amidst flux in the fast-paced environment and evaluate performances regularly and share and seek feedback.
  • Ensure Acqueon's platform is designed to scale horizontally to handle growing user loads and increasing data volumes.
  • Optimize system performance and address bottlenecks in collaboration with development and operations teams.
  • Manage the development and delivery of complex features from design to production according to product requirements.
  • Work closely with Engineering Leaders, Managers; Product Management, Business Development and Operation teams, and enable them by providing scalable and high quality technology solutions at a rapid pace.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the platform architecture, design principles, and deployment procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and performance of the SaaS platform.
  • Working closely with DevOps and IT operations teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and management of the platform.
  • Ensure that risks and issues are identified and managed closely while driving all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Participate in incident response and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Review Architecture and design technically robust, flexible, and scalable solutions and deep understanding of technologies and architecture in a highly scalable and available set-up.

  • An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS in any stream – Computer Science/IT preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in building SaaS platforms and Customer Data Platforms.
  • Strong track record of leading and managing the delivery of software development projects, meeting key milestones, and overcoming challenges.
  • Previous experience in working with other international R&D, product management, and support teams.
  • Proven knowledge in both architecture and implementation-level software design of high-scale distributed systems.
  • Ability to manage, track, and identify risks and oversee technical coordination to resolve them.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work onsite in Acqueon's Dallas office or remotely from the Bay area.
  • Contact Center and/or CRM Martech experience is a plus.
