Provides project management and PMO support for business departments, including requirements documentation, functional analysis, specifications, testing, and user acceptance coordination. Trains teams on PMO processes, tools, and techniques; defines PMO objectives; facilitates communication among business, PMO, and technology teams; and coordinates cross-functional project delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or
equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of project managemnet experience
required, including proficiency with project management methodologies. Two to five years of
business systems analysis preferred.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred.
- Proficiency in understanding business needs and practices
required.
- Knowledge of project management-oriented analysis tools and
techniques, especially Planview Portfolios, is preferred.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- Proficiency with project management methodologies
- Understanding of business needs and practices
- Two to five years of business systems analysis experience
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
- Knowledge of project management analysis tools and techniques, especially Planview Portfolios
