We have two exciting opportunities for Planning & Scheduling Coordinators to join our supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you will deliver great customer outcomes by coordinating schedules, solving problems, and keeping work running smoothly.  

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in coordination, administration, customer service, or scheduling who is looking to grow their career and make a meaningful impact. 

What success looks like in this role 

  • Work orders are scheduled, coordinated, and completed efficiently, delivering a seamless experience for customers and stakeholders. 
  • Customers and stakeholders receive clear, timely updates and feel informed throughout the process. 
  • Field teams have the information and support they need to complete work successfully and on time. 
  • Issues, exceptions, and scheduling challenges are proactively managed and resolved. 
  • Records, systems, and job information are maintained to a high standard. 
  • Operational reporting and team support activities are delivered accurately and efficiently. 
  • Opportunities to improve scheduling processes and team efficiency are identified and implemented. 

What you'll bring 

We're looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally bring: 

  • Experience in scheduling, coordination, administration, customer service, logistics, or workforce planning. 
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Confidence using multiple systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a collaborative approach and continuous improvement mindset.  
  • Experience in utilities, field services, telecommunications, logistics, or other operationally focused industries (not essential). 
  • Exposure to planning and scheduling work for field-based teams (not essential). 
  • An understanding of the Australian electricity market (not essential).
