We are looking for a highly motivated Project Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in project planning and scheduling tools, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Monitor project progress, identify critical paths, and highlight risks or delays to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Support project teams in planning activities, resource loading, and progress measurement.
  • Integrate schedule and cost data for earned value analysis and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to align schedules and priorities.
  • Maintain and update project data on SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports to visualize project performance.
  • Support planning process improvements and contribute to project controls best practices.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
  • Around 5 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Primavera P6
  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
  • Power BI
  • SharePoint
  • Strong understanding of project planning techniques, critical path method (CPM), and earned value management (EVM).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A team player with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
