We are looking for a Planning & Control Lead Specialist. You will be responsible for overseeing the budgeting process, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Strong accounting skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a proven track record in budgeting and financial control.
What you’ll do:

You will report directly to the Finance & Treasury Manager, you will play a critical role in the financial planning and analysis functions of the organization;

You will work on Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives;
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts and variance analyses
- Collaborate with department heads to gather and analyze budgetary data; -
You will perform Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management;
- Analyze financial results and provide recommendations for improvements; -
You will be responsible Cost Control and Analysis:
- Monitor and control departmental budgets, identifying areas for cost efficiency improvements;
- Conduct regular reviews of expenditures and provide insights into financial performance; -
You will prepare Strategic Financial Planning:
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis;
- Participate in long-term financial modeling and scenario analysis. -
You will implement Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting;
- Leverage technology to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Who you are:

You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis;

You have a bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance;

You have strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and budgeting methodologies;

You have proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills;

You have good command of Italian and English;
-
You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
Preferably, you also have:

Previous experience with ERP system (SAP) and Oracle.
