Position Summary
The Planning and Scheduling Coordinator (PSC) is the first point of contact for the majority of field service job requests, serving as the critical link between customer demand and MCC scheduling capacity. This role receives and analyzes incoming job requests via phone, email, and other submissions, confirms schedule availability against job requirements, and builds accurate work order quotes — with input and direction from MCC team members as needed — across the HTF, TFE, CFE, CF34, and BR710 engine platforms and the 36-100/150, RE100, and RE220 APU platforms. A strong working knowledge of maintenance service programs (such as Honeywell MSP, GE OnPoint, and similar offerings) is a critical component of accurate quote development. The PSC leads daily planning and scheduling meetings, keeps MCC Managers informed and aligned, and ensures smooth coordination when jobs are delayed or work scopes change. Strong, proactive communication — both internally across TES business functions and externally with customers — is essential to success in this role.
