This is a full-time role with our office in Greenville, SC. 
Who we are looking for:

A team-oriented associate, with excellent communication skills, experience in reducing inventories, able to react to changing needs and a full commitment to achieve customer needs.
Who you are:

  • High School Diploma/3-5 years of experience in planning/manufacturing.
  • Basic knowledge within SAP as it relates to purchasing.
  • Skills and abilities which may be representative but not all inclusive: Strong organizational skills and communication skills, ability to analyze and react to changing needs, understanding of apparel manufacturing.

What You'll Do:

  • Buying, planning, and managing assigned brands in SAP to ensure availability at optimal service level, while meeting or exceeding inventory targets of 5 to 8 weeks of supply.
  • Proactively communicate and resolve all issues regarding brand, capacity, or potential service disruptions with internal stake holders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the supplier for all production related concerns, monitoring all issues from order placement to order delivery to the DC. 
  • Speak to and suggest solutions regarding current or possible future supplier and service constraints on weekly meetings with overseas suppliers.
  • Weekly review of vendor WIP report addressing any potential issues that could impact production flow.
  • Review inventory and determine excess for rework.
