Job Summary:**
AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented Planner to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery within the infrastructure sector.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning software.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for schedule development.
* Identify critical path activities and potential risks to project timelines.
* Monitor project progress against established baselines, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions.
* Prepare regular progress reports and forecast completion dates.
* Facilitate planning meetings and communicate schedule updates to relevant teams.
* Implement and manage change control procedures related to project schedules.
* Contribute to the development of planning best practices within the organization.
* Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies and relevant industry standards.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Planner in the infrastructure or construction industry.
* Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
* Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is highly desirable..
