Job Description:
Parsons is seeking an experienced Planner - Saudi National to support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting activities for a large-scale airport airfield and infrastructure development project. This role requires strong expertise in project controls, baseline schedule development, progress measurement, and coordination with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling major infrastructure, airport, transportation, or EPC projects, with a strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls methodologies, and schedule management practices.
What You'll Be Doing:- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in accordance with project requirements and delivery objectives.
- Support preparation of baseline programs, recovery schedules, look-ahead schedules, and detailed execution plans.
- Review project scope, work breakdown structures (WBS), and activity sequencing to ensure accurate project planning.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project management teams to develop realistic project programs.
- Ensure alignment of project schedules with contractual milestones, key deliverables, and project objectives.
- Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules and identify delays, trends, and potential risks.
- Collect progress updates from project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze actual progress, planned progress, productivity trends, and schedule performance.
