Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Planner, Promotional Strategy, you will support the development and execution of quarterly promotional calendar plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align promotional activities with business priorities, ensure calendar accuracy and identify opportunities to optimize timing, cadence and effectiveness of promotions. You will contribute to process improvements and provide insights that inform ongoing promotional planning and strategy.
What You’ll Do
Support the development and maintenance of the quarterly promotional calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and key milestones
Partner with Manager of Promotional Strategy, Strategic Pricing, Analytics, and Finance to evaluate promotional performance and identify opportunities to optimize sales, margin, and customer response
Translate data and insights into clear recommendations that support planning decisions and cross-functional alignment
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on promotional strategies and ensure coordinated execution
Maintain and update planning tools, trackers and documentation to ensure accuracy and visibility across teams
Communicate calendar updates, key insights and performance recaps to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, workflows and cross-functional collaboration
Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners to support effective planning and execution
Be a strong strategic thinker with a creative, solutions-oriented approach to solving complex business challenges and driving effective decision-making.
Lead promotional strategy projects and initiatives, applying previous experience driving execution across cross-functional teams.

Required
Bachelor’s degree
2-4 years prior marketing, analytics or related experience
Preferred
Prior retail or merchandising experience
