Seeking for highly motivated & detail oriented for Operation planning focus on Backend external Subcon (OSAT) management. In this role, will be responsible for planning, coordinating capacity, material planning, engineering, & quality to optimize B/E manufacturing operation execution & secure the supply healthy.

Will governor Key Performing Indices by external OSAT & Qtrly OSAT Score :

  • FCST loading Hit Rate
  • Start / Ship Hit Rate vs Scheduling
  • Overstaging (Aged) Lot
  • Door-to-door, in-line 90% CT

preferring experience Bump/Test with 5-10yrs experience
