Plans, monitors, and controls project schedules, critical paths, milestones, resources, productivity, and contractor performance. Identifies delays and risks, prepares progress and forecasting reports, develops recovery plans, evaluates extension-of-time claims, and supports cost control and contractual compliance. Coordinates with project stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Requires civil engineering or related education, 5–10 years of project planning experience, mandatory GCC experience, fluent English, and UPDA registration.

Requirements

5–10 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls, preferably within the construction/ infrastructure sectors.
Mandatory GCC experience with demonstrated experience working on projects in Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
UPDA registration is mandatory.
