Propósito del puesto:
Planear, coordinar y dar seguimiento a las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, garantizando la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos productivos, apoyando la resolución de fallas en planta y promoviendo iniciativas de mejora continua y ahorro de costos.
Conocimientos requeridos:
1. Planeación y programación de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
2. Sistemas de mantenimiento computarizado (CMMS).
3. SAP Módulo de Mantenimiento y MRO.
4. Indicadores de mantenimiento: OEE, MTTR y MTBF.
5. Control de gastos y presupuestos.
6. Planeación y gestión de proyectos.
7. Análisis de refacciones y administración de inventarios.
8. Mantenimiento basado en confiabilidad (RCM).
9. Sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos, hidráulicos y electromecánicos.
10. Excel avanzado y PowerPoint.
Requisitos indispensables:
-Experiencia de 3 a 6 años en planeación de mantenimiento industrial.
-Inglés avanzado.
- Experiencia en seguimiento de indicadores, órdenes de trabajo y control de presupuestos.
- Experiencia en trato y seguimiento con proveedores nacionales e internacionales.
- Conocimiento en sistemas de calidad, auditorías y mejora continua.

Escolaridad:
Ingeniería Electromecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Electrónica, Ingeniería Mecatrónica o carrera afín (Titulado)
Experiencia requerida:
De 3 a 6 años en funciones relacionadas con mantenimiento industrial, planeación de mantenimiento, administración de refacciones, presupuestos y coordinación de actividades de mantenimiento.

Skills Required
- 3–6 years of experience in industrial maintenance planning
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience tracking maintenance indicators, work orders, and budgets
- Experience managing and following up with national and international suppliers
- Knowledge of quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement
- Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- Degree must be completed
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning and scheduling
- Knowledge of CMMS and SAP Maintenance/MRO
