We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pit Boss to join our growing team in Yerevan. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our live casino games by managing and supporting dealers, shufflers, and gaming processes
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the gaming floor and ensure games are run according to company standards.
- Support and coordinate with shift managers for smooth operations.
- Monitor dealer and shuffler performance, providing feedback and guidance when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company rules, regulations, and safety measures.
- Participate in training and mentoring new team members.
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably as Pit Boss or Shift Supervisor)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a positive, non-confrontational attitude
- B2 level English (oral and written communication)
Dress Code:
- Classic black suit with white t-shirt
Work Schedule:
- Day 1: 08:00 - 20:00
- Day 2: 20:00 - 08:00
- Day 3 and 4 - OFF
