Help Build the Future of Full Fibre- Checking the Openreach PIA portal for application updates, approvals and queries.
- Submitting Notices of Intent (NOI), Network Adjustments (NA) and other PIA-related applications.
- Updating trackers and maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
- Working with Planning, Survey, Design and Delivery teams to gather information and keep projects on track.
- Liaising with Openreach and build partners to resolve queries and monitor progress.
- Producing reports on outstanding applications, approvals, risks and programme status.
- Supporting audits and compliance activities to ensure everything meets required standards.
- Identifying ways to improve processes and make PIA administration more efficient.
What we're looking for:
- Experience within telecommunications, utilities or network infrastructure
- Knowledge of Openreach Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA)
- Understanding of fibre network build processes
- Experience using GIS or network planning systems such as IQGeo
- Awareness of PIA notices and submission processes
