Position
We seek an experienced Physiotherapist to manage patient assessments, develop care plans, and contribute to patient education. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as billing, data recording, and feedback collection while adhering to clinical policies and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients and develop tailored rehabilitation programs.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
- Actively engage in patient education programs to promote health and wellness.
- Ensure all clinical policies and procedures are followed, including safety protocols, fire regulations, and infection control practices.
- Maintain a strong understanding of basic CPR and code blue procedures to respond effectively in emergencies.
- Administrative
- Accurately record billing information in the billing register.
- Track and record quality indicator data to support hospital performance metrics.
- Update and manage patient information in the INWARD/OUTWARD book.
- Distribute and collect patient feedback forms to ensure patient satisfaction and quality improvement.
- Collect and organize data for statistical reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
- 0-3 years of experience in clinical physiotherapy, particularly in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiotherapy treatments, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with hospital policies, including safety management, infection control, and emergency procedures.
Skills Required
