Physician, PA, or NP | Flexible Contract Opportunity | Cherokee County Jail

Southern Health Partners is seeking an experienced Physician (MD/DO), Physician Assistant (PA), or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as the contracted medical provider for the Cherokee County Jail.

This flexible opportunity requires up to 2 hours onsite per week and offers the ability to make a significant impact on patient care while maintaining your current practice, pursuing retirement goals, or supplementing your existing income.

As the facility provider, you will:

• Conduct patient evaluations and chronic care reviews
• Assess and manage acute and routine medical concerns
• Review and approve treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with on-site nursing staff
• Provide clinical guidance and support
• Ensure healthcare services meet professional standards
• Assist in maintaining quality patient care within the facility

• Active North Carolina MD or DO license
• DEA registration (if applicable)
