As our Physician Liaison, you’ll be one of the primary faces of Driscoll in the San Antonio healthcare community, developing relationships with local pediatricians, OB/GYNs, maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) physicians, family medicine providers, and other potential referral partners.

- Educate healthcare professionals on Driscoll’s services, programs, referral processes, and new offerings.
- Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to strengthen provider engagement and support clinic growth.
- Regularly follow up with physician practices to maintain relationships, gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor referral activity, market trends, competitive activity, and provider feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Partner closely with hospital leadership, clinical teams, and Marketing to support outreach initiatives and growth strategies.
- Represent Driscoll at community events, conferences, networking opportunities, and other outreach activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in healthcare sales, physician/provider relations, healthcare business development, outpatient services, medical device sales, or a similar healthcare-focused role.

- Proven success in territory development, business development, relationship management, or meeting growth/sales goals.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, physician practices, and referral processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable independently developing relationships in a new market.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a busy field schedule and multiple priorities.
- Ability to analyze referral and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Active, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation required.
