Physician Engagement Liaison

We are looking for a Physician Liaison to join our team. We are an established practice that is continually growing. Responsibilities: 

• Survey local primary and specialty physicians to increase the number of patient referrals  

• Run quarterly physician referral reports  

• Conduct ‘food drops’ at Michigan ENT offices  

• Meet with local physicians to promote our facility's services 

• Help our doctors build and maintain relationships with specialists and surgeons  

• Grow physician referrals and connect our facility with the local healthcare community 

• Meet with referring doctors to discuss patient care, referrals, and new treatments 

• Works in conjunction with the Marketing Coordinator to arrange and lead public relations campaigns and awareness efforts 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent  

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

• Excellent customer service and computer skills 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Friendly, personable demeanor 

• Detail oriented
