We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team. Head & Neck Surgery where we offer exceptional ENT care in the Kansas City Metro.  We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to our patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in ENT medical care, ensuring our patients receive top-notch service.  


 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide high-quality diagnostic patient care 

  • Conduct patient assessments, evaluate symptoms, and develop care plans in collaboration with our team of ENT specialists 

  • Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results accurately to define appropriate treatment plans 

  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative recovery. 

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations 

  • Collaborate with our audiologists and speech pathologists and outside healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.  

  • Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance ENT care knowledge and skills. 

  • Evaluation and Management of patients 

  • Ability to work independently and as a team with patients, staff, and providers.

 Qualifications you will need: 

  • Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification in the state of Kansas. 

  • New graduates are welcome to apply! Preference for a one-year experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in an ENT clinic or graduate of an ENT program. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, patient care abilities, and diagnostic skills 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Skills Required

  • Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification in the state of Kansas
  • Ability to perform patient evaluations, diagnostic testing, result interpretation, and develop treatment plans
  • Strong communication, collaboration, patient care, and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to take 1st call rotation (every 7 weeks)
  • Experience in ENT clinic or graduation from an ENT program (preferred; new graduates welcome)
