Compensation Range:
This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a part-time opportunity available at our Centreville location in, Centreville, Virginia. This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Part‑Time Schedule Overview

• Total Shifts: 19 partial shifts

• Shift Length: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (4 hours each)

Breakdown

• Weekday Shifts: 17

• Weekend shifts: 2

• Physician-Led Organization: Inova prioritizes urgent and primary care, with 23 locations and continued investment in this specialty.

• Integrated Care Model: Seamless coordination with specialists, primary care, and other services.

• Subspecialty Primary Care Options: Opportunities to serve unique populations including underserved communities, LGBTQ+ patients, HIV/AIDS patients, and concierge medicine.

Education:

• NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program

• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Licensure & Certification:

• BLS & ACLS Certification

• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia

• DEA License

• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements:

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)

• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
