This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level developer who is eager to grow their backend development skills, particularly in Laravel, within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The position is offered on a hybrid basis, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
The successful candidate will be involved in the development and maintenance of CRM systems, with a focus on writing clean, scalable and secure code in PHP. This role suits someone with a passion for learning and a proactive attitude, who wants to contribute to real projects and build innovative solutions with the support of experienced developers.
- Develop and maintain backend functionality using PHP and Laravel framework
- Collaborate with the team on software architecture and system design
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
- Support integration with front-end elements and third-party services
- 1–3 years of experience as a PHP Developer
- Proficiency in Laravel framework
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC architecture
- Familiarity with MySQL databases and version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- EU work permit or eligibility to work in Cyprus
- Annual salary of €26,000
