unybrands was founded in 2020 by a group of partners who shared a common vision to create the leading next-generation e-commerce platform for micro-brands. The company operates globally, with our headquarters located in Miami and additional teams based in Berlin, London, New York, Seattle and Shanghai.
unybrands acquires e-commerce brands that operate on and off Amazon. unybrands integrates the brands into its platform, optimizes the business operations and economics, and expands to new product lines and geographies. With us, e-commerce brands reach new heights with expert operators and infrastructure.
Responsibilities include - but not limited to:
- To retouch the full range of product imagery and renderings in line with brand guidelines. To include high volumes of images with efficient use of color correction and conversion, advanced cloning and healing, precise path drawing and shape matching, cropping and resizing
- To conceptualize and execute composite images in Adobe Photoshop based on briefs provided by brand specialists and graphic designers.
- To understand imagery composition when used for marketing and infographics—specifically adjusting lighting and highlights to make products as the focal eye of the composition.
- Use and engage with Adobe Photoshop AI and external AI tools to enhance, change and manipulate imagery with speed and precision. Knowledge of product rendering and Adobe Substance a plus.
- Understand the resolution requirements and adjustments to provide crisp imagery at a small file size for the digital platform.
- To show exceptional organization skills when planning photoshoots. A keen eye for detail is essential for ensuring all requirements of each job are met on a consistent basis
A successful team member will have:
- Previous commercial photographic and retouch experience of 5+ year
- Proven experience of retouching varied styled of images to a high standard
- Excellent understanding of photographic principles of light and shadow.
- Capable of working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment to adhere to strict deadlines to be adaptable, self-motivated, positive, and hard working
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
