Join the CrowdGen team as an Independent Contractor for Project Mistaya.
Are you a native Latvian speaker with training in phonetic transcription? We’re looking for skilled linguists like you to join Project Mistaya—a unique opportunity to support high-impact linguistic data work for one of our clients.
What You'll Do:
As part of this project, you’ll use your local language expertise, phonetic knowledge, and research skills to:
- Perform broad phonetic transcription
- Advise on phoneme mappings between Latvian and British English
- Support language and data mapping tasks to ensure high-quality linguistic outputs
What We’re Looking For:
- Native Latvian speaker
- Proven training and experience in phonetic transcription
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics (specialization in phonetics is a strong plus)
- Must submit your resume and any relevant background via the application form
This role is a project-based opportunity with CrowdGen, where you will join the CrowdGen Community as an Independent Contractor.
