We are seeking a lead to manage and coordinate our phone calling efforts and help candidates with their efforts. This is a crucial role in engaging with people over the phone to provide information, raise awareness, and encourage participation.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to individuals using a provided script.
Engage with community members, answer questions, and provide relevant information.
Accurately record responses and update call logs in our system.
Follow up with contacts as needed.
Always maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
